Tim was asked by the directors to assist with the post re-opening of this contemporary rural hotel in the Cotswolds.
Adding Tim to the management team, he looked at areas to improve procedure, strengthen operations and plan for the future growth of the business.
The hotel opened new bedrooms and Treehouses during this time, as well as refitting and modernising the extensive and exclusive meeting facilities. Tim was tasked with ensuring that the guest journey improved during these seminal additions and changes.
