Tim House was appointed the hotel consultant on this major city green, or eco, project in the South West.
He was part of the development team from the early stages (planning, forecasting and concept), for this new-build, multi-use project.
Centered around a ground-breaking hotel, the site will also become home to a new restaurant, and various retail outlets. It is set to be a destination venue in its own right.
The project vision was to rejuvenate the location, whilst maintaining the practical demonstration of best practice, balancing economic prosperity, social responsibility and environmental sustainability.
