Peponi is a small hotel on the exotic island of Lamu, in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Kenya. Tim House was brought in to shore-up the management team at a particularly frantic period in their history.
Acting as a right-hand to the owners, he took on areas of hotel management that needed attention.
Ranging from book-keeping to boat-keeping, this proved a truly holistic management task.
