Tim House oversaw the development at Bibury Court in the Cotswolds during a management changeover period.
A classic English country house hotel, Bibury Court had been one of the mainstays of the Cotswold hotel scene for many a year.
Helping to stabilise the business, Tim initially acted as the interim manager at the hotel, whilst preparing the business for the new leader.
A little troubleshooting here and there provided stability, which led to Tim helping with the recruitment of a General Manager and various cohorts.
Working on cost control, correct staffing, infrastructure, systems and revenue generation, the hotel and restaurant management was stabilised and grew to unsurpassed heights.
