Having been part of the acquisition of this famous Left Bank hotel, Tim House oversaw the re-structuring of the staff and management team, and then directed the new team, bringing this great hotel back into the limelight.

Taking on an established, although depleted, business in Paris proved a challenge. An unwitting and unhappy staff had seen the fortunes of this iconic establish wane. Turning the fortunes around centred on management and staff changes, heightened service and a concerted drive on international sales & marketing. Very soon, L’Hôtel became the place to stay, the place to eat and the place to be seen in Paris.
