Dormy House is the award winning hotel on the Farncombe Estate in the Cotswolds.
Tim was asked to step into the role of interim General Manager whilst the hotel underwent a management restructure.
Renowned for its exclusivity and high standards, Tim ensured that levels of service were maintained, that the staff had stability during a period of change, and that guests felt confident in the hotel and well looked after.
As the company was simultaneously growing (with the re-opneing of a new hotel concept), Tim was trusted to carry out the work at Dormy House with limited oversight from the directors. Being necessarily distracted from this particular part of the overall business, they needed to ensure that the hotel was in safe and trustworthy hands.
