Having talked the stakeholders through the various stages required, he oversaw planning permissions before drawing up a full and comprehensive business plan, with a full set of budget and forecast assumptions.
Following on from the successful planning licenses, Tim used his professional contacts to have the property renovated, supply the fixtures and fittings and make plans for the operation itself, including setting up the marketing and recruitment process.
